About Hackathon

Objective

The main goal of this hackathon is to foster innovation and entrepreneurship in the music industry by introducing cutting-edge technologies. Participants will have the chance to brainstorm, design, and develop tech-focused solutions to common challenges faced in the music industry.

Scope

The hackathon focuses on various aspects of the music industry such as:

Live Performances and Virtual Reality: 

How can we enhance the live concert experience with technologies like VR, AR, etc.

Music Production:

How can AI, machine learning, and IoT transform music creation, mixing, and mastering?

Distribution & Streaming:

What innovative solutions can we implement to simplify music distribution and streaming?

Music Education:

How can technology revolutionize music learning and practice?

Format

01
Pre-Event Workshop
A week prior to the main event, there will be workshops for participants on topics like 'Technology in Music Industry', 'Entrepreneurship in Music Tech', etc.

Kick-off 
The hackathon will start with a brief introduction, followed by problem statement presentation.

Hacking Period
Teams will have 48 hours to work on their solution.

Participants

The event is open to everyone – musicians, tech enthusiasts, programmers, entrepreneurs, designers, and music industry professionals. Teams can be formed prior to the event or at the kick-off.

Judges & Mentors

The panel of judges will comprise successful entrepreneurs, tech experts, and renowned figures in the music industry. Mentors will also be available to guide participants throughout the hackathon.
