When is the festival?
CIMFEST 2023 will be held November 29th – December 2nd 2023
 
Where is CIMFEST?
We’re excited to announce that CIMFEST 2023 will take place in Buea – Cameroon. Buea is known for its legendary hospitality and its clear geographic & iconic location, boarded by the mountain and the ocean, giving it an amazing sight for tourism. Buea is also known as the silicon mountain (hub of technology in central Africa). It is a melting port for music and cinema.
Buea also has a beautiful weather and high touristic potential with an active population made up of generation-Z.
In line with our responsibility towards peace and nation building it is but imperative for us to restore joy and laughter on the faces of the people of Northwest and Southwest Region after a long time (following the Anglophone crisis).
What happens if it rains?

The festival happens rain or shine. We always expect and hope for clear, warm weather. There will be some shaded areas. Umbrellas are NOT allowed, but hats are! You can grab a hat from our merch store.

How many days is the festival?

The festival is a 4-day event with several events throughout the weekend. Get there early on all days! We have great acts opening up the stages, so don’t be fashionably late.

Outside Food & Drink allowed?
No outside food or drink is allowed. CIMFEST hosts dozens of the local, popular food vendors on site dishing out delicious food and dessert. There are vegan and vegetarian options as well. Beverages, including beer, wine, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic drinks will be served at bars throughout the festival grounds and in the VIP areas.
Should I bring cash?
Yes. Also, all of our vendors accept MOMO & ORANGE Money.
 How do I get my artists a spot to perform at CIMFEST? 

We DO accept artist performance submissions until 30th October 2023. Please DO NOT email us with artist suggestions/information after the date.

How do I get the latest CIMFEST updates?
If you would like to be one of the first to receive the festival date release, artist line up, and festival news sign up for our emails.
How can I become a vendor?

CIMFEST accepts high quality food and merchandise vendors to satisfy the cravings of our 30,000+ attendees. To learn more about our vendor opportunities, visit our FESTIVAL VILLAGE page and buy a spot. Secure early enough.

What type of tickets are available?

CIMFEST concerts are totally FREE. Award Night is 10.000FCFA (regular) & 25.000FCFA (VIP). All White Networking Party is 15.000FCFA. Workshops & Master Classes are free but upon application via the Google form.

Do I need to print my tickets?

CIMFEST will be having digital tickets. You do not need to print your tickets. The company in charge of tickets validates them through an app. Any questions about tickets that have already been, please contact CLIQKETS via support.cliqkets.com

Are tickets refundable?

All tickets are non-refundable. The CIMFEST AWARDS & ALL WHITE NETWORKING PARTY happens rain or shine. The ticket is a revocable license for the time/date listed on the ticket. You will always have the option to transfer your TICKET to another fan through https://cliqkets.com/ CIMFEST reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone. If denied entry, a refund will be provided for tickets purchased in advance.

Are there special tickets for kids?

All attendees over the age of 5 require a ticket for admission. We discourage you from bringing children.

When will I know if I can get tickets?

Wait time depends on availability. Hang in there! https://cliqkets.com starts selling tickets as early as August 2023.

What if I have additional questions or issues with Tickets?
