CIMFEST’s core objectives encompass a multifaceted approach, including promotion of local arts, community engagement, social cohesion and the promotion of peace and unity. These objectives are actualized through a series of impactful activities with one of such being the “Peace & Charity Football Match”
By leveraging the power of music, football and entertainment, CIMFEST aims to create a positive and lasting impact on the community of Buea and Cameroon as a whole.
Expecting a turnout of over 5000 spectators, the football match will be played at the Molyko Omnisport Stadium on Tuesday 12th November 2024 starting from 2pm. The match will be played between the former indomitable lions vs musicians and artistes. With a focus on peace, fostering cultural appreciation, and promoting social cohesion, all proceeds from the match will be used in our campaign CIMFEST CARES, where we give aid to people that have been affected by the current anglophone crisis.
CIMFEST is poised to become a significant platform for artistic expression, social responsibility, and economic growth within the region and beyond.
