The South West and North West Region of Cameroon have been suffering from crisis for six years, school are not fully functional, safety is not guaranteed, businesses are facing huge losses. The socio-economic mechanism has been affected and as such life as we know it has not been the same.
The team of CIMFEST decided to organize this event in order to help restore hope in the hearts of the people, to keep believing and stand for peace and merit.
The peace concert had over 30 Cameroonian artists perform under the eyes of all partners, sponsors and fans who decided not to leave the scene when it started raining heavily. The asked KO-C to continue his performance under the rain and cheered him till the end of his performance. An emotional display of love, togetherness, peace, hope and hunger for normality.
